One of the most significant cultural events of contemporary visual arts in the region – the BLIK BLIK Light Festival – is coming back to Pilsen in March, this year for the 10th time. Every year during the festival, various places around Pilsen come to life with light, thus offering a unique spectacle for anyone enjoying an evening stroll. At 20 stops, artists from around the world will present laser light mapping, video mapping, giant static projections or interactive light exhibits tailored to the location. The name of this year’s edition is Contrasts, or the dialogue between technology and history.
Tickets for the indoor installations must be purchased on the festival website. They will serve, at the same time, as a ticket for Pilsen city public transport between 6 pm and 1 am during the festival days.
