Pilsen Festival on the Street means only one thing – concerts under the open summer sky and club parties full of Czech bands and mainly a great atmosphere when the city streets will come alive as if it were for the last time. For nine days, the centre of Pilsen will become home to several music stages, which will be dominated by popular bands and performers of various genres. In just a few moments, you can visit all of them and choose the music that fits your taste best. The Festival on the street is a great opportunity to discover new music styles and grow fond of artists that have not made it to your music list yet. The main stage will be on Republic Square. You can also be sure of a well-organized and enriching accompanying programme, which regularly includes dance performances, workshops, public readings and activities for children.
There will also be a brand new stage At the Museum this year, where, in addition to performances, you can look forward to a podcast recording studio, a chill-out zone with blankets and sports equipment to borrow, movement workshops and a presentation by non-profit organizations. The attractive line-up on the main stage will include, for example, the band Tata Bojs, the Pilsen Philharmonic and the musical ensemble of the JK Tyl Theatre.
