The Slovany Swimming Pool is a paradise for all water lovers as well as anyone looking to relax. The modern facilities feature a large sports pool, a small pool, and a paddling pool with toys for children. If you want to use the children’s pool, then it’s best to visit on the weekend since swimming lessons are currently held here during the week, meaning the space is closed to other swimmers.
The greatest of the pool’s attractions is the 86-metre-long waterslide. You can also float down the powerful current of the Orionoko lazy river. The relaxation pool with its jets, water spouts, and heated lounge chairs is the ideal place to take a load off. Or you can submerge yourself in the pleasantly warm water in either of the two whirlpool baths, while the steam rooms offer aromatherapy. Future plans include a complete sauna world, but for now, you can enjoy the large, 30-person sauna. But remember, the sauna has its own entrance, which isn’t included in the basic admission fee.
In the summer, you can also swim in the outdoor pool and catch some rays in the grassy lay-out area. As for entertainment, this area includes a children’s paddling pool and playground.
The basic, all-day admission fee is 135 CZK for adults, or 110 CZK for students, seniors, and children ages 6-15. Families with children receive a discounted price. Entrance to the sauna is paid separately.
